We value our employees' talent and dedication, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth. **Position Requirements** * Education: Completed university degree with a title in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Resident on metal-mechanical structural projects. * Skills: Knowledge of construction supervision, personnel management, drawing interpretation, and construction regulations. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate project commencement and closure according to contract terms. * Supervise installation of metallic structures per approved drawings. * Administer the on-site construction schedule and resources. * Coordinate operational staff and subcontractors. * Validate timely material supply from the plant. * Review physical progress and daily construction reports. * Coordinate field quality inspections and approvals. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Attend construction meetings with clients and external supervisors. * Manage scope changes and change orders. * Control incidents, risks, and deviations from the schedule. * Report progress, results, and status to Plant Management and Executive Leadership. **We Offer** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Inclusive and collaborative workplace.
