




**TEMPORARY OPENING – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSISTANT** **Location:** AICM area, CDMX **Project duration:** 6 to 18 months **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, full time **At AAACESA, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant** to join our team on a temporary basis. The primary objectives of this role are the **recovery of overdue accounts**, **reduction of aged balances**, **customer balance cleanup**, and **providing high-quality service to our internal and external clients.** ### **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Intermediate level of **Excel** (pivot tables, filters, basic analytical formulas). * Experience using **ERP systems** (preferably Oracle or similar). * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in accounts receivable or administrative collections. * Knowledge of the **complete collections cycle**, accounting reconciliations, and balance reviews. * Analytical ability, organization, and timely process follow-up. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. ### **Main responsibilities:** * Issuance and delivery of **account statements** to customers. * Invoice clarification and follow-up in ERP. * Sending **CFDIs** and payment complements. * Follow-up on **pending payments and proper application in the system**. * Coordination with the sales department to resolve issues. * **Cleanup and reconciliation** of customer balances. * Documentation and updating of collection activities. ### **We offer:** * Competitive salary according to experience. * Temporary project with the possibility to gain experience in an established company within its sector. * Positive work environment and continuous learning.
