Objective: establish a talent pipeline for internal development. 1 year of experience as a Junior Supervisor or Production/Warehouse Supervision Assistant. Completed high school education. 1 year of experience in personnel management. Support the supervisor during their breaks and vacations. Availability for operational work when required, including manual labor and physically demanding tasks. Important: availability to rotate shifts according to operational needs.
