Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager with expertise in estimation, job control, organization, efficiency, and customer service to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** **WORKSHOP MANAGER.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. * Basic education level. * Ability to work under pressure and assume responsibility. * Valid driver's license. **Main Responsibilities:** \-Estimation jointly with technician, damage assessment, and parts requisition. \-Monitor and inspect completed jobs. \-Organize and control completed jobs. \-Implement efficiency control, personnel productivity, and workshop productivity. \-Provide customer service and receive vehicles entering the workshop. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary \+ commissions \+ statutory benefits. * Biweekly payment. * Direct hiring.
