You will be responsible for coordinating teams, driving field execution, and guaranteeing that processes are carried out with discipline, a results-oriented focus, and an excellent experience for customers and colleagues. \*\*Responsibilities\*\* \- Direct and monitor the performance of units, branches, or points of sale under your supervision. \- Ensure achievement of commercial, operational, and service targets in your assigned region. \- Supervise, develop, and support work teams to strengthen their performance. \- Implement commercial and operational strategies aligned with company objectives. \- Analyze key performance indicators to make decisions and generate timely action plans. \- Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and quality standards. \- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and efficiency. \- Coordinate on-site supervision and follow-up visits. \- Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure proper execution of initiatives. \- Promote a collaborative, results-driven work environment focused on talent development. \*\*Requirements\*\* \- Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related field. \- Prior experience in commercial leadership, supervision, or regional management roles. \- Proficiency in performance, sales, and operational metrics. \- Ability to lead work teams and manage multiple units. \- Results-oriented mindset, customer service focus, and commitment to continuous improvement. \- Willingness to travel within the assigned region. \- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. \- Ability to work under objective-based targets and with a sense of urgency.
