




**JOB OBJECTIVE** Prepare food in a hygienic, efficient manner with impeccable presentation, meeting the quality and service standards of Hotel Boutique Marrakesh. Ensure guest and diner satisfaction by preparing dishes that reflect the restaurant's identity and maintain culinary excellence. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare food according to established menus, standard recipes, and required presentation. * Verify freshness, quality, and proper rotation of ingredients (FIFO). * Assist in creating and improving recipes in collaboration with the Executive Chef. * Supervise personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness. * Meet established service times for each meal period (breakfast, lunch, dinner). * Assist in plating dishes and setting up banquets for special events. * Report any abnormalities in equipment, products, or processes. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station according to NOM standards and H certification requirements. * Participate in inventory and kitchen supply control.
