We are currently seeking talent to join our team as a **CONSTRUCTION HELPER**, who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in construction work (rough construction). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare mixtures (cement, mortar, concrete). * Transport materials (sand, gravel, bricks, tools). * Maintain a clean and organized worksite. * Assist in laying bricks, blocks, or structural elements. * Load and unload materials from trucks. **SKILLS:** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Willingness to learn. * Ability to follow instructions. * Physical stamina. **WE OFFER** * Base gross salary: $9,500 * Punctuality and attendance bonuses: $2,300 * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payment Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Work location: Atizapán de Zaragoza
