We are seeking an Installation Assistant with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. This person will assist in installing mini-split air conditioning systems, following safety regulations and quality standards. Key responsibilities: * Assist in the placement and connection of air conditioning units. * Transport equipment, materials, and tools. * Collaborate in operational testing. * Proper use of personal protective equipment and basic tools. * Assist in cleaning the work area and recording activities. Requirements: * Education: Technical high school diploma in refrigeration, electricity, or related field. * Minimum experience: 6 months in electrical installations or similar. * Basic knowledge of tools, refrigeration, and safety. * Age: 18 to 40 years old. * Availability for fieldwork and working at heights.
