




Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer/Technician with experience in on-site technical support for incident response and resolution, as well as management of telecommunications, hardware, and software activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site technical support and incident resolution. 2. Management of telecommunications, hardware, and software activities. 3. Spare parts control and warranty management. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or Technical Diploma in Computer Systems, or related field. * Age: 22 years or older * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: Minimum 1\-2 years of on-site technical support experience * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours Knowledge in: * Software: Windows, Linux, commercial software packages, development knowledge; Hardware: servers, printers. * Structured cabling * Telecommunications: Routers, switches, structured cabling, network switches, wireless. IP telephony, voice and data knowledge Main Responsibilities: * On-site incident response and service order resolution. * Assignment of tasks related to telecommunications, hardware, and software. * Generation of deliverables and service evidence. * Control and management of spare parts within the local area. * Third-party warranty management. * Preparation of technical reports. * Basic-level configuration of routers and switches. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Work Location: CARRETERA COLOTLAN \# 2800 Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $11,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
