Beckmann is opening its call for the selection process of professionals who wish to join its team as lower primary teachers for the 2024\-2025 school year. In Tequila, Jalisco, immediate hiring if requirements are met. Colegio J Beckmann is a private school founded in 2022 and operated by Fundación Beckmann (www.fundacionbeckmann.org) in the community of Tequila, Jalisco. The first school is located in Tequila, Jalisco, a growing community 60 minutes from Guadalajara. Through this call, the school will select a Sports Teacher for the 2025\-2026 cycle meeting the following profile of requirements and skills: **Requirements:** **1\.** Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree. (Professional title and license). On the sports fields: · Teach and uphold school culture. · Ensure high academic rigor. · Maintain and promote healthy interpersonal relationships among students, parents, and school staff. · Adhere to class schedule—currently **16 hours per week** · Follow school routines, ensuring students have the necessary materials for sports classes · Report student progress timely and accurately. 2\. Implementation of the SER Academic Model: · Use academic tools designed for classroom instruction. · Participate in training sessions. · Monitor each student’s progress toward achieving sports excellence. · Participate in SER community activities. 3\. Professional Development: · Actively participate in 100% of professional development programs (trainings). · Participate in and implement one-on-one feedback received from the school leader or SER team. · Attend summer training sessions. 4\. Extraordinary Activities: · Actively participate in cultural and social activities promoted by the school. **Other requirements:** a) Be available to work at the school during assigned hours b) Be available for training **Employment Terms** · Immediate hiring · If you already have verifiable experience, title, and license, the base gross salary is 9,600 pesos gross monthly, minus deductions (2025\-2026 cycle, subject to inflation adjustments and increased sports teaching hours starting the following school year), plus statutory benefits. · Recent graduates without experience will undergo a training program with negotiable salary. **Selection Process** STAGE 1 ▪ Review of candidates’ resumes and motivation letters.
