Mission Properly operate forklift equipment, ensuring efficient and safe movement of assigned cargo to guarantee proper rotation of products, raw materials, materials, supplies, and/or spare parts, and ensure timely loading of distribution trucks. Responsibilities Responsibility 1 Execute proper loading and movement of product pallets, plastic containers, and materials in primary transportation to prevent product falls and losses (Plant and CEDIS). Functions: 1\. Remove product/container/material pallets from platforms and place them onto racks and within warehouses, following the FEFO/FIFO system. In the case of materials, remove product pallets, organize them, and store them according to material type. 2\. Load empty containers onto trucks and platforms for transport to Plants. 3\. Load assigned cargo onto distribution trucks. 4\. Store products in the warehouse according to the established layout, respecting the assigned area by SKU type. 5\. Store empty containers in the yard or warehouse according to established quality standards. 6\. Supply areas responsible for assembling mixed and complete pallets. Responsibility 2 Prepare and execute loading and unloading of distribution routes to classify returns (CEDIS). Functions: 1\. Supply the assembly zone with product for assembling mixed pallets. 2\. Load pure and mixed pallets onto distribution trucks. Responsibility 3 Implement and comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements (quality, food safety, environment, occupational health and safety) within their assigned operations to ensure implementation and continuous improvement of IMS. Functions: 1\. Properly use assigned PPE (helmet, gloves, goggles, reflective vest, safety footwear). 2\. Keep their work area clean. 3\. Properly organize finished products to avoid mixing with expired or obsolete materials. 4\. Comply with GMP (Good Hygiene Practices). 5\. Comply with Arca Continental's policies, procedures, and values. Responsibility 4 Manage, preserve, maintain, and clean the forklift and surrounding areas in case of product spills to prevent accidents. Functions: 1\. Daily inspect the forklift condition before use and complete the checklist, noting any anomalies found. 2\. Report incidents in case of product spillage, organize and clean the affected area. 3\. Use assigned resources appropriately. Responsibility 5 Carry out container movement for production and storage in the Finished Goods Warehouse. Functions: 1\. Move containers to production lines (Production Staff). 2\. Transfer BPT pallets according to loading requests (Logistics and/or Production Staff). 3\. Unload containers in the warehouse (BPT Staff). 4\. Depalletize containers (BPT Staff). 5\. Store containers in BPT yards (BPT Staff).
