Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of Collaborator** Confidence**Position Objective** Ensure excellence in cleaning and facility maintenance services at the Tlajomulco complex by efficiently coordinating internal staff and external vendors. The objective is to guarantee a safe, clean, and functional environment that meets quality standards and customer needs, under strict safety and documentation requirements.**Responsibilities and Activities** * **Operational Supervision:** Plan and coordinate cleaning routines for the complex (internal staff and vendors). * **Personnel Management:** Monitor attendance, incidents, training, and performance of the assigned team. * **Supply Control:** Manage inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment. * **Safety and Waste:** Ensure proper handling of hazardous/special waste and compliance with industrial safety regulations. * **Documentation:** Validate cleaning records according to quality standards (Good Documentation Practices). * **Maintenance:** Report facility defects and support preventive maintenance plans. Experience * **Personnel Management:** Minimum 1 year leading operational teams. * **Industrial Cleaning:** Experience using cleaning equipment and machinery. * **Safety:** Knowledge of industrial safety measures and protocols for working at heights. * **Basic Administration:** Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and management of records/incidents. Knowledge * **Industrial Cleaning:** Use of machinery, equipment, and cleaning chemicals. * **Industrial Safety:** Safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Working at Heights:** Knowledge of requirements and safety measures for such tasks. * **Waste Management:** Handling of hazardous and specially regulated waste. * **Documentation:** Good Documentation Practices (completion of records and logs). * **Digital Tools:** Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
