Position Summary: We are seeking a Safety and Hygiene professional with experience in STPS/SEMARNAT regulatory compliance, environmental audits, certifications, and permit management. Leadership in safety, health, and environment **Requirements** * Industrial Safety and Hygiene or related degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of and ability to apply current STPS and SEMARNAT regulations. * Experience conducting internal environmental audits and tracking the closure of findings. * Experience maintaining environmental certifications such as Clean Industry (PROFEPA) and quality management systems (Moderniza). * Experience preparing and submitting the Annual Operation Form (COA). * Management of permits and authorizations before government agencies (SEDUMA, SEMARNAT, or other applicable authorities). * Experience coordinating the Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Development and implementation of annual training programs in safety, health, and environment. * Investigation and analysis of occupational accidents, implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Coordination of evacuation drills and emergency response teams. * Administration of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire-fighting equipment, ensuring proper maintenance. * Review and updating of procedures, programs, and work instructions. * Knowledge of occupational health programs. * Leadership skills, effective communication, organizational ability, and focus on regulatory compliance.
