Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Analyst to manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, administer the workshop, and control inventory at Galber. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Administers the maintenance workshop and controls spare parts inventory. 3. Analyzes reports and proposes continuous improvements. We are looking for a **Maintenance Analyst** to join our team at Galber. This role is essential for maintaining and continuously improving our equipment and processes. **Responsibilities:** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Administer the maintenance workshop. * Maintain control over spare parts inventory. * Maintain document control to ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and requirements. * Coordinate with external suppliers and technicians as needed. * Analyze maintenance reports and propose improvements. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this position for 2–3 years. * Technical education in administration or related field. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance. * Proficiency in Excel. * Familiarity with maintenance standards and procedures. * Proficiency in inventory control and execution. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across departments. **Benefits:** We offer statutory benefits plus enhanced benefits: 7% savings fund, 28 days’ bonus (aguinaldo), 40% vacation premium, life insurance.
