Bilingual Spanish–English Sales Virtual Assistant (REMOTE) Bilingual Spanish–English Sales Virtual Assistant (REMOTE) Childcare Virtual Assistants (CVA) is seeking a high\-performing bilingual Spanish–English Sales Virtual Assistant to support one of our childcare clients. This fast\-paced, client\-facing role involves managing leads, communicating with families, supporting enrollment processes, handling calls, and maintaining excellent customer service. Compensation: Starts at $4/hr, full\-time. Key Responsibilities * Lead Management \& Sales Support: Manage leads, follow\-up workflows, appointments, tours, and conversions; call, text, and email families in Spanish and English; maintain sales and enrollment reports. * Call Center \& Customer Service: Handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to inquiries, return missed calls, and provide professional, friendly communication. * Enrollment Support: Assist parents with documentation, schedule tours/orientations, update client on progress, and ensure accurate enrollment records. * Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized notes, provide daily updates, track tasks in ClickUp, and support outreach and follow\-ups. Required Skills \& Qualifications * Experience in sales, lead management, customer service, or call center roles * Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) and strong English proficiency * Clear, professional communication and customer service skills * Strong organization, multitasking, and follow\-through * Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Hubstaff, and Google Workspace * Proactive, reliable, detail\-oriented, and independent Bonus Points * Experience in childcare, education, or parent\-facing roles * Experience with CRMs, sales funnels, or lead nurturing * Comfortable using AI tools or automation va@alliedassistco.com Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $11,000\.00 \- $14,393\.88 per month Work Location: Remote
