Supervise personnel in weighing, sorting, routing, and applying routing labels to each shipment. 2. Supervise the availability of necessary equipment and tools for daily operations. 3. Supervise, control, and direct operational personnel under supervision. 4. Develop training and development for personnel under supervision. 5. Determine pre-alerts issued to terminals, informing them of the cargo volume expected at each location. 6. Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control Department. 7.
