Supervise staff in weighing, sorting, routing, and applying routing labels to each shipment. 2. Supervise that required equipment and tools for daily operations are available. 3. Supervise, control, and direct operational personnel under supervision. 4. Develop training and professional growth for personnel under supervision. 5. Determine pre-alerts issued to branches, indicating the volume of cargo arriving at each location. 6. Prepare and submit return metrics to the Shipment Control Department. 7.
