Position Summary: We are seeking a Clinic Coordinator to ensure clinic profitability and achievement of sales goals by managing human, material, and financial resources, and delivering excellent patient service. At **Warner Institutional S.C.**, a Mexican corporate leader in dentistry and orthodontics, with over **1 million rehabilitated smiles** and a national network of **more than 35 clinics**, we continue expanding and seek **Clinic Leaders** to head our units and build high-performing teams. We are currently recruiting for the position of **Clinic Coordinator** in Guadalajara, Jalisco. **Position Objective:** Ensure clinic profitability and achievement of sales targets through proper management of human, material, and financial resources, as well as patient care and service. **Position Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field * Experience managing a business unit * Financial resource management, cash handling, and cash flow control * Experience supervising staff * Experience in internal controls and administrative follow-ups * Passion for customer service and service sales * Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills **Position Responsibilities and Activities:** * Direct and coordinate clinical and administrative teams * Ensure excellent, humane, and ethical care for every patient * Drive achievement of operational, commercial, and growth objectives * Serve as a role model of leadership, commitment, and professionalism * Foster an environment of trust, innovation, and high performance **We Offer:** * Base salary: $15,500 gross per month * Vacation time, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus * Bonuses for goal attainment and **KPIs** * Ongoing training in leadership, management, and clinical-commercial development * Professional and career growth opportunities * Equipment, work tools, and uniforms **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with one-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Sundays off.
