At **INDE**, we are seeking a **STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING MANAGER** Position Objective To lead the structural analysis department within Projects, serving as the technical responsible for analysis, design, and coordination of the structural executive project for developments. Leads the preparation of calculations and technical reports, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and deliverable quality, coordinates external structural engineers, and leads personnel under their supervision, providing on-site technical support during construction execution. Team Leadership and Development  Assign tasks, review progress, and evaluate performance of supervised personnel.  Coordinate and supervise work performed by external structural engineers, reviewing quality, scope, and adherence to deadlines.  Promote continuous improvement, standardization of criteria, and technical training for the team. Experience Requirements (MANDATORY)  Proven experience in structural design and calculation for vertical buildings of at least 5 stories (preferably residential high-rises / mixed-use developments).  Experience with cast-in-place concrete wall construction systems (structural concrete walls, staged casting, joint control, detailing, and coordination for execution).  Coordination of structural executive projects and on-site construction support (resolving on-site queries, adjustments, and issuing technical clarifications). Skills and Competencies  Technical leadership and professional credibility.  Planning, organization, and resource management.  Decision-making grounded in structural engineering principles and solution-oriented thinking.  Clear communication (oral and written) and multidisciplinary coordination.  Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure without compromising accuracy.  Orientation toward internal clients (Construction, Cost Estimation, Projects, Customer Service).  Negotiation and management of suppliers/external parties.
