Minimum 3 years of experience in this role, preferably in companies manufacturing construction materials. No restrictions regarding access to the employment location: Las Navajas KM 22, Tala, Jal. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the entire plant operation: production, warehouse, and distribution. Manage operational and production teams. Coordinate the supply and release of raw materials. Ensure compliance with key performance indicators: production, quality, deliveries, waste, and warehouse management. Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, procurement, sales, and design departments to guarantee operational continuity. Personnel management. Assignment and delegation of tasks and responsibilities to subordinates. Enforcement of internal standards and procedures. Manage processes across all departments. Implementation and monitoring of KPIs. Budget preparation. Cost control. Industrial safety and asset protection. **We Offer:** $30,000 monthly, tax-free, plus bonuses (approximately an additional $20,000 based on KPIs). All statutory benefits.
