Work Location: Availability to work in Tlajomulco Carretera Guadalajara Barra de Navidad 1500, 45700 Acatlán de Juárez, Jal. Area: Operations. Job Functions: · Manage, supervise, and audit service station resources. · Supply fuel to the service station. · Sales analysis, promotional product sales. · Inventory review and control, purchase of oils and additives. · Sales reconciliation, shortage control, cash register balancing. · Customer service and attention. · Preparation of reports and logs. · Collection, control, and delivery of funds. · Recording, controlling, and tracking employee incidents. · Personnel management and administration, fostering a positive work environment. · Control staff turnover at the service station. · Develop strategies to increase volume at the service station. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related field, certified. · Availability to work full-time (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hours and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00 hours) · Four years of experience in administrative area and customer service. · Four years of experience managing personnel and funds. Experience: Customer service, personnel management, cash handling, direct operation with customers, developing sales strategies and business growth.
