Support to finance and human resources **About the Company** DSV Contract Logistics is hiring an Administrative Assistant. **Job Requirements** * Professional degree, preferably completed * Experience in administrative/accounting roles * Proficiency in computer software, especially Excel * Bilingual (English–Spanish) **Personal Qualities** * Responsible * Punctual * Honest * Empathetic * Service-oriented attitude **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare invoices for local customers. * Prepare monthly sales reports in coordination with the Manager. * Receive invoices and process supplier payments weekly. * Prepare recoverables report on a monthly basis. * Maintain all Finance Department files up to date. * Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and material procurement. * Manage petty cash and submit monthly reports. * Review supplier contracts. * Prepare recoverables reports for customer billing. * Generate graphical and metric sales reports and others as required. * Provide support to the Human Resources department when needed. * Keep the work area orderly and clean. * Carry out any new tasks and/or assigned projects. **Benefits:** * Savings Fund: 13% * Christmas Bonus: 30 days * Grocery vouchers: 12% * GMM Health Insurance after 6 months of permanent employment * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Subsidized cafeteria Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
