Here, you will have the opportunity to: * Join a growing company within the technology sector. * Hold a key role in operations, with direct impact on employee well-being. * Work in an organized, collaborative, and continuously improving environment. * Develop professionally in the areas of payroll and compliance. **Job Objective** * Ensure timely and accurate payroll calculation and processing, guaranteeing compliance with current labor, tax, and legal regulations, as well as obligations toward IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. **What will you do in this role?** * Process payroll considering incidents (absences, tardiness, disabilities, bonuses, etc.). * Manage severance settlements (calculation, disbursement, and electronic stamping). * Administer employee movements with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other authorities. * Guarantee tax and social security compliance. * Generate payroll receipts and labor cost reports. * Maintain up-to-date employee database. * Address employee inquiries regarding payments and deductions. * Coordinate with accounting for reconciliations. * Perform SBC, SDI, and annual ISR calculations. **We are looking for someone with:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting **Experience:** * 3–5 years managing payroll **Knowledge:** * Labor and tax legislation. * Calculation of ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Proficiency in systems such as CONTPAQi, NOI, SAP, or similar. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **We offer** Salary based on experience: $15,000\-$18,000 monthly, net Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (school support, major medical expense insurance, cafeteria service) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Work location: Col.
