Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional with payroll and personnel administration expertise to manage key functions within the department.

**Location:** Col. 05 de Mayo
**Position Type:** Full-time, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
**Work Modality:** On-site
Main Responsibilities
* Preparation and control of pre-payroll and payroll (Nomipaq).
* Control and management of attendance incidents, vacations, medical leaves, and absenteeism.
* Administration of personnel files for active employees and former employees.
* Management of severance settlements and employment termination processes.
* Renewal and safekeeping of employment contracts.
* Weekly reports on attendance, leave requests, and occupational risks.
* Control and tracking of uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and tools.
* Registration of new hires in time clock systems.
* Employee support and follow-up on personnel needs.
* Coordination with Accounting and plant leaders for administrative personnel processes.
Requirements
* Completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
* Proficiency in payroll ERP systems (Nomipaq).
* Knowledge of labor legislation (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Occupational Safety and Health, Training).
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
