Job Summary: Transportation Coordinator for a leading logistics company, responsible for coordinating vehicles, routes, operators, and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and distribution of local and foreign units and crews. 2. Supervision, route monitoring, and assistance to operators. 3. Analysis of logistics indicators and resolution of customer issues. DUE TO COMPANY EXPANSION, A LEADING LOGISTICS FIRM IS SEEKING: TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and distribute local and foreign units and crews Supervise and monitor routes Assist and monitor operators and helpers Review department documentation Generate daily reports Analyze logistics indicators and implement effective solutions Timely follow-up on incidents or road situations with each operator Resolve issues with local and foreign customers Validate units Email management Microsoft Office package proficiency Tolerance management Flexible schedule availability Teamwork · WE OFFER Gross monthly salary of $16,000 Statutory benefits Ongoing training REQUIREMENTS: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Reside near the area or have reliable transportation Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (verifiable) Sense of urgency Proficiency in Microsoft Office Punctuality, proactivity, and strong communication skills. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM. LOCATION: Located along Chapala Highway, 5 minutes from GDL Airport, near Vienna Hotel.
