TRAFFIC AND LOGISTICS ASSISTANT At VEL Logística, we are seeking committed talent with experience in logistics and transportation to join our operational team. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Bachelor's degree (incomplete or completed) in Logistics, Transportation, or Administration is desirable. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution companies. * Experience in route tracking and interaction with drivers. Knowledge * Handling of waybills and travel documentation. * GPS monitoring and tracking platforms (desirable). * Route assignment and tracking. * Fuel and toll booth control (desirable). * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Operational communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities * Monitor routes and vehicle status. * Maintain constant communication with drivers. * Record departures, arrivals, and incidents. * Assist in trip and cargo assignments. * Validate driver and vehicle documentation. * Report delays, deviations, or accidents. * Prepare daily operational reports.
