Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence-Based **Job Objective** Implement training plans for equipment and specialized machinery to support productivity indicators and ensure proper use of plant equipment. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Identify and report training needs for specialized equipment or machinery. * Develop and implement specialized training plans for optimal use of plant equipment or machinery. * Conduct training for personnel, managing logistics for delivery and developing or updating training materials or support tools. * Track and analyze training plan compliance metrics and assess training effectiveness. * Participate in proposals to improve training and development arising from projects impacting manufacturing operations or introducing new specialized machines or equipment. Experience 2 years of experience. * Participate in proposals to improve training and development arising from projects impacting manufacturing operations or introducing new specialized machines or equipment. * Maintenance (corrective/preventive) of pharmaceutical-grade machinery. * Application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Knowledge * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Pharmaceutical regulations (NOM 059 SSA1 2015\). * Microsoft (Streem) or other Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
