Collaboration in continuous improvement of logistics processes Opportunity: Comercializadora Gonac S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Shipment Coordinator to join our team in an on-site position. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily vehicle shipments, verifying timing, destinations, operators, and routes. Review shipment documentation (shipping manifests, seals, etc.). Assign operators and vehicles, ensuring availability and compliance with operational requirements. Supervise operations in yards and loading docks, ensuring continuous flow of vehicles ready for dispatch. Track loading and departure schedules, reporting any deviation or delay. Verify vehicle conditions prior to shipment (fluid levels, cleanliness, basic maintenance, sealing). Address and resolve operational incidents related to shipments or documentation. Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, traffic, maintenance, security) to ensure proper vehicle preparation. Record and update daily shipment and movement reports.
