Job Summary: A professional responsible for empowering quality auditors, managing time and motion, analyzing and resolving conflicts, and working toward production objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Empower staff on quality criteria and pallet rejection. 2. Implement time and motion management. 3. Analytical and conflict resolution capability. You will supervise quality auditors, empower your team in acceptance and rejection criteria for pallets, implement time and motion management, demonstrate analytical and conflict resolution capability related to your process, work on production objectives and plans, and possess a proactive and self-motivated attitude. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: Between 24 and 45 years old Knowledge: Analytical ability, Proactivity, Conflict resolution, Quality, Objective-based work, Quality control analysis
