Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of Collaborator** Trust-based **Position Objective** Execute the company’s strategic objectives by optimizing productive factors (labor, machinery, materials), improving methods, and defining and managing investment projects in capacity and technology. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Comply with activities associated with the quality management system under a code of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Ensure that local operating procedures developed under your responsibility align with applicable regulatory requirements (COFEPRIS, FDA, INVIMA, CANADA, ISO 9001, Corporate Policies and Directives related to GMP), and remain current during operations. * Conduct Improvement Projects aimed at increasing production and reducing costs. * Analyze information using Pareto charts and time studies in plant processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Develop and present proposals for change to increase process efficiency. * Apply continuous improvement tools to optimize production processes. * Develop process diagrams, flowcharts, and Value Stream Maps (VSM) for optimal plant layout. * Calculate and determine installed and utilized plant capacity according to PVO for the monthly and/or annual Production Plan. * Analyze variance reports to reduce scrap, machine, and labor loss percentages. * Plan, create, and execute changes in manufacturing standards to keep SAP system data up to date. * Generate data for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators. Experience * 1 year of experience in: Problem-Solving Tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and/or Kepner and Tregoe). * Manufacturing processes. Knowledge * Industrial engineering knowledge. * Power Apps, PBI * Proficiency in Minitab software. * Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, Poka-Yokes, 5S, Visual Management, Line Balancing, Theory of Constraints).
