




**Role Purpose** Serve as the Operations Manager’s right hand, owning the day\-to\-day execution across Events (corporate \& social), Food \& Beverage (F\&B), Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Gardens, focused on standards, responsiveness, and guest experience. **Key Responsibilities** 2\) Events (Corporate \& Social, including Weddings) 3\) Food \& Beverage, including restaurant, bar, events, inventories, FIFO, hygiene standards. 4\) Front Desk (Reception) 5\) Housekeeping 6\) Maintenance \& Gardens 7\) Purchasing, Inventory \& Vendors\\ 8\) Safety, Compliance \& Reporting **Requirements** * Bilingual Spanish–English (upper\-intermediate to advanced). * Own car and valid driver’s license; full on\-site availability. * 2–4\+ years in hospitality (boutique hotel or venue) in a multi\-area operational role. * Demonstrable experience in events * Practical coordination knowledge across F\&B, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance/Gardens. * Proficiency with PMS, POS, and Excel/Google Sheets/Drive. * Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift 15–20 kg. * All documentation in order for employment.
