Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper execution of campaign setups, advertising materials, and product displays, aligned with brand standards to deliver a memorable customer visit and drive sales floor profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the execution of campaigns and advertising materials 2. Analyze sales results to improve visual presentation 3. Coordinate work plans and training in Visual Merchandising This role ensures the correct implementation of campaign setups, advertising materials, merchandising (product placement and display), and in-store displays, in accordance with corporate guidelines and brand standards, to create a memorable customer experience and ensure sales floor profitability. -Supervise the timely and accurate submission of photographic reports for setups, campaigns, and Visual Merchandising manuals. -Obtain sales metrics from Management and Customer Experience Leaders to analyze performance and identify actionable opportunities in categories and items requiring improved visual presentation. -Develop monthly work plans to organize daily and weekly team activities. -Develop the monthly plan for setups, campaigns, and category merchandising. -Execute and coordinate the Visual Merchandising training plan jointly with the Employee Experience department, targeting team members and new hires in the Customer Experience area. -Monitor and report on advertising materials, hardware, and fixtures to the control desk in a timely manner. -Monitor the destruction and disposal of display materials in compliance with current procedures. -Coordinate, supervise, and advise Customer Experience Leaders and Specialists on printing signage via the Publish platform. -Communicate and enable the team in using the Visual Merchandising Site. -Demonstrate effective teamwork, even in challenging situations.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Knowledge: Compliance with standards or regulations, Coordination ability, Shipping, Materials, Setup, Reporting, Supervision, Sales, Execution Keywords: boss, manager, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor, window, window dresser, window display
