Job Summary: Sports World is seeking a Medical Emergency Technician with experience in pre-hospital care, administration, and collections to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers. Adolfo López Mateos Sur 7000, La Rioja, Los Gavilanes, 45645 Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jal. Education: Completed High School and valid certification as a Medical Emergency Technician (MANDATORY), or Medical Care Technician (with proof of completed certification), or Licensed Nurse (with official documentation). Experience: Minimum 6 months; 1 year preferred as a paramedic, customer service experience, and administrative experience preferred. Responsibilities: Execute and review all administrative procedures and collections performed during your shift; provide customer service and pre\-hospital care; carry out all processes required by Corporate related to Safety and Hygiene, Multifunctional Brigades, Civil Protection, etc. Competencies: Pre-hospital care, collections, administration, basic knowledge of Civil Protection and STPS regulations Skills: Commitment to customers, Collaboration, Communication, Agility and Flexibility, Holistic vision, Leadership for results achievement, Collaborator development, Impeccable execution, Passion for the business, Technical credibility.
