Document Management: Receive, review, and enter import/export documents to verify completeness and accuracy 2. Tracking: Monitor shipments with customs brokers and freight forwarders to prevent delays 3. Control: Update databases and status reports on shipments, costs, and transit times 4. Filing: Organize digital files per operation, complying with Annexes 24/31 5.
