Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. **Your mission** ---------------- Support the Store Manager in strategic store management and sales promotion to achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA as the world’s fastest sports brand. **Your talent** --------------- * Responsible for ensuring the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective short- and mid-term planning, expense control, sales execution, and service delivery. * Consistently guarantee high standards of in-store service experience aligned with PUMA brand values and service standards. * Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, and replacing high-performing associates, managing results, and leading teams. * Spend 90% of working hours on the sales floor—engaging customers, selling, and coaching employees. * Act as Store Manager when the Store Manager is absent from the store for any reason. * Support the Store Manager in preparing and conducting timely performance reviews. * Responsible for payroll control and scheduling to drive sales while maintaining a highly profitable store and delivering the highest levels of customer service. * Responsible for ensuring successful completion of both local and global training programs (required for the role) to drive store results. * Support the Store Manager in analyzing consumer profiles, purchasing trends, and competitive intelligence that impact and drive the business.
