A prominent company engaged in cattle fattening, milk production, and marketing of meat products is seeking a TREASURER. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business, Accounting, or related fields. 2 to 5 years of experience in treasury operations, supplier payments, cash flow and liquidity control. Responsibilities: * Execute intercompany bank transfers according to authorized instructions. * Record and track deposits made by customers. * Process supplier payments accurately and on time. * Verify bank account balances and transactions. * Maintain up-to-date records of income and expenses. * Prepare daily financial movement and cash flow reports. * Validate banking information and supporting documentation for payments and transfers. * Follow up on pending payments and scheduled due dates. * Coordinate with administration and accounting departments for bank reconciliations. * Archive and safeguard transfer, deposit, and payment receipts. * Identify discrepancies or unusual transactions in bank accounts. * Support internal audits and financial reviews. * Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding financial and banking information. * Monitor payment authorizations and fund disbursements. * Comply with internal financial control and treasury policies.
