Grupo Mabarak is seeking your talent as: * Assistant Controller Objective Supervise and coordinate the organization’s accounting and financial activities in compliance with current accounting and tax regulations, ensuring efficient management of resources. Responsibilities * Preparation of annual projections * Guidance, supervision, and management of accounting processes * Guidance and compliance with tax, commercial, and labor regulations * Review of financial processes to identify irregularities, opportunities for improvement, or potential risks * Coordination of financial and tax closings Requirements * Academic background in accounting and/or finance * 3–5 years of experience in a similar position or as a General Accountant responsible for the duties described above * Solid technical knowledge of accounting and finance within a dynamic environment * Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office suite, and computer equipment * Availability during January–March each year We offer * Base monthly gross salary between $25,000 and $30,000 (100% on payroll, paid biweekly) * Statutory benefits * 30-day bonus (aguinaldo) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with one hour for lunch daily * Central location in the Port of Veracruz Position type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
