Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic, multifunctional team members with an excellent attitude for Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations, focused on food preparation and customer service in a Fine Casual environment. We are committed to extending our hospitality to the community beyond the walls of each Shack. ***Immediate Hiring*** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operational tasks (FOH, BOH, Cash, Hot side and/or Cold side). Preparation of A and B items. Customer service. Cash handling. ***Two operational positions will be assigned. **REQUIREMENTS:** Excellent attitude. Currently enrolled in or graduated from high school (or higher). Availability to work Monday through Sunday. Energetic, smiling, and positive. No prior experience required (we’ll train you). Age: 18 or older. **SCHEDULE:** Fixed intermediate shifts: 1 PM–7 PM / 2 PM–8 PM / 3 PM–9 PM. Students welcome. **BENEFITS:** Direct employment contract with Shake Shack. Paid training.
