Schedule * Shifts: **Monday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts (12 x 12)** * Days off: **during the week** * Availability to cover services across different areas of the state Work Areas * Tala * Tlajomulco * Zapopan, Jalisco Candidate Profile We Seek * Age: **30 to 50 years old** * Minimum education: **Completed high school** * Experience: **minimum 1 year in operational supervision or private security** * Valid driver’s license * Ability to operate a **standard automobile** * Professional appearance and impeccable presentation * Leadership, commitment, and organizational skills * Willingness to travel and supervise services across different areas of Jalisco Your Main Responsibilities * Be responsible for the **supervision and coordination of operational services**, ensuring quality and compliance with protocols. * Inspect vehicles using checklists and ensure they are in optimal condition. * Prepare and submit shift reports accurately and punctually. * Lead, coordinate, and motivate operational staff to achieve outstanding results. * Train staff and provide feedback to support continuous improvement. * Maintain direct and professional communication with clients, strengthening relationships built on trust. * Manage uniforms, supplies, and security equipment, ensuring proper distribution and usage.
