Position Summary: Frialsa is seeking an Operations Coordinator to organize staff in the meat product packaging process, ensuring on-time deliveries and zero complaints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and organizes teams in packaging operations. 2. Ensures product quality and on-time delivery. 3. Supervises inventory and proper handling of products. Become part of our team as: Operations Coordinator **Objective:** Organize staff to carry out meat product packaging processes, ensuring timely delivery of requested products with zero complaints. **Responsibilities:** * Specify and balance staff tasks according to the respective area; supervise inventory for non-conforming products and out-of-range temperatures. * Ensure proper handling of products and company assets. * Report and resolve incidents occurring during one’s own shift, or the previous or subsequent shift, if necessary. * Assist in preparing reports, completing forms, and service sheets. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * 2 years as a supervisor in food product packaging processes. * Experience managing operational staff. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Completed high school education. * Commitment, honesty, and responsibility.
