





Join a socially impactful project operating in **communities across Mexico.** This position is designed for individuals who enjoy organizing, coordinating, and supporting work teams—carrying out administrative and direct leadership functions within the operational field environment, including participation in projects requiring temporary stays in **various states across the country**, according to operational needs. **What will you do in this role?** * Support logistical coordination of field activities. * Manage supplies, materials, and orders required for operations. * Transport operational staff and ensure their timely arrival in communities. * Assist in assembling, organizing, and safeguarding equipment and supplies. * Compile and submit reports, photographs, and evidence of field activities. **What we’re looking for in you** * Expense verification and recovery of invoices and official tax receipts. * Proficiency with digital tools, institutional email, and Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to organize information and produce clear, concise reports. * Aptitude for documenting activities through photographs and videos. * Skill in coordinating people, resolving on-site issues, and collaborating effectively within a team. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or health sciences (interns or candidates with incomplete degrees are also welcome, provided they present official academic documentation). * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative, operational, or field-based activities. * Valid driver’s license (for automobiles). * Willingness to travel and remain in communities across Mexico for variable durations.
