Job Objective: Deliver swimming instruction to individuals of diverse ages and skill levels, fostering physical development, water safety, and progressive learning through appropriate techniques, respectful interaction, and consistent motivation. Main Responsibilities: Teach swimming classes to infants, children, teenagers, and adults according to assigned skill levels. Apply the teaching methodology established by the institution. Assess and monitor students' progress. Foster a safe, respectful, and motivating environment both in and out of the water. Identify individual student needs and adapt exercises as necessary. Monitor proper use of aquatic facilities and compliance with regulations. Support special events such as assessments, demonstrations, or trial classes. Report incidents, progress, or needs to the coordinator. Maintain punctuality, professional demeanor, and appropriate appearance.
