Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled professionals performing a wide range of cleaning tasks responsible for maintaining the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness throughout. They are empowered to stay on the move and do whatever needs to be done at any given moment. Whether handling guest requests, restocking housekeeping carts, cleaning rooms and common areas, or performing other responsibilities, Guest Environment Experts ensure hotel spaces provide guests with an outstanding experience. Regardless of position, there are several fundamentals critical to success (ensuring a safe work environment, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication). Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the go (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance).
