Promote standardized policies and procedures **LINKEAZI is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Acatlán de Juárez, Jalisco** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm **Employment:** Contract with American Industries **Probation Period:** 3 months **Objective** Lead and manage the Human Resources and Administration functions, ensuring efficient people management processes, compliance with local labor laws, and the implementation of standardized policies and procedures to support business operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation, internal transfers, and offboarding. * Oversee employee relations, including labor disputes, communication, and employee engagement/satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations. * Develop, implement, and monitor company policies, procedures, and internal regulations. * Promote standardized processes and continuous improvement within the organization. * Manage and execute all HR core functions: recruitment, training, performance management, compensation \& benefits, employee relations, and organizational development. * Support administrative operations aligned with business needs. * Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision\-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree (completed). * \+5 years of experience in HR and Administration management. * Experience in the manufacturing industry. * Strong leadership skills, including goal setting, team management, coaching, and mentoring. * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities. * Strong conflict resolution and problem\-solving skills. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and high\-pressure environment. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Knowledge of the six HR modules: recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development. * Strong analytical skills (Excel or similar tools). **Additional Information** * **Salary:** MXN $60,000 gross per month (NEGOTIABLE) * Statutory Benefits **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Food Production **Skills:** * Recruitment * Personnel administration * Labor relations *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69ea48fe3300002f00f832ca\&source\=indeed*
