Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate an electromechanical technical team, ensuring the availability and efficiency of production equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Lead root cause analysis and propose technical improvements. 2. Supervise PLC diagnostics and programming. 3. Participate in automation and energy efficiency improvements. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in electromechanical and industrial maintenance to join our team. We offer: Salary: $30,000 Gross | Monthly Weekly bonus: $160 to $320 Statutory benefits 24-hour medical service Free transportation. Objective: Supervise and coordinate the electromechanical technical team to ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment (Fosber corrugator, Ward printers, United die-cutters and glue machines) through proper execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, ensuring operational continuity, reduction of unplanned downtime, and specialized technical support in automation and control. Responsibilities: • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring failures. • Implement permanent corrective actions. • Analyze MTTR, MTBF, and availability metrics. • Propose technical improvements for critical equipment. • Supervise PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley) diagnostics and programming. • Validate configuration of variable frequency drives, servo motors, and drives. • Coordinate resolution of HMI and industrial network failures. • Participate in automation and energy efficiency improvements. Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field. PLC or automation certifications (preferred). -Minimum 3 years supervising technical teams. Work location: Acatlán de Juárez, Jalisco.
