Requirements * **2–4 years of experience** as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role. Desirable * Knowledge of **Python or R** for statistical analysis or automation. * Experience in industries such as: * Real Estate * PropTech * Banking * Retail * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools: * **Power BI** * **Looker Studio** * **Qlik Sense** or similar. * **Intermediate–advanced SQL**. * **Advanced/Expert Excel**: * Power Query * Pivot Tables * Macros (desirable) * Experience working with **databases and data modeling**.
