Dynamic role focused on quality and safety At **Avangard Laboratories**, a leading cosmetics manufacturing company, we seek talent eager to grow and develop within a dynamic environment characterized by high quality standards, for the position of Warehouse Supervisor. **Position Objective:** Ensure proper management of the raw materials warehouse, guaranteeing compliance with Good Storage Practices, as well as the integrity of personnel, materials, and facilities. **What will you do in this position?** * Coordinate and supervise activities of the assigned team of collaborators. * Coordinate raw material picking according to the production plan. * Supervise pre\-weighing and pre\-picking activities. * Validate production orders in the system. * Ensure proper receipt, labeling, and placement of materials. * Supervise the use and maintenance of forklifts. * Control storage conditions (temperature and solvent handling). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and material identification. * Participate in cyclic and annual inventories. * Track discrepancies, returns, and rejections. * Report equipment and facility incidents. **Candidate Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (preferably as supervisor or coordinator). * ERP system knowledge (AS400\ preferred). * Forklift operation experience. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Storage Practices. * Basic understanding of Safety and Hygiene. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Availability for evening shift. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Work location: Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jal.
