Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to verify, organize, and handle inventory while ensuring compliance with safety policies. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in managing incoming and outgoing goods and quality control. **Warehouse Associate** **Responsibilities:** * Verify supplier deliveries, customer returns, branch returns, and enter purchase order receipts into the system. * Conduct quality control inspections. * Organize received materials by segregating pending orders into appropriate storage locations. Relocate and consolidate materials as needed, and notify management of new locations. * Complete log sheets to identify incoming overages, shortages, damages, or non-conforming materials. * Assist in packing, labeling, wrapping, and loading products onto outbound trucks. * Retrieve stock and returns to pending locations for credit notes, sales, or supplier returns. * Clean the warehouse, truck area, and parking area. * Ensure adherence to safety and security policies. **Requirements:** * ***Organization:*** *Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and maintain order.* * ***Communication Skills:*** *Active listening and effective information transmission.* * ***Physical Requirements:*** *Good physical condition to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.* * ***Computer Skills:*** *Basic proficiency in inventory management systems and software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).* * ***Attention to Detail:*** *Critical for verifying products, managing inventories, and accurately preparing orders.* * ***Teamwork:*** *Ability to collaborate with others and follow instructions.* * **Complete and valid documentation** **We Offer:** * **Gross monthly salary:** $11,500, **plus $1,1500 in food vouchers.** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Benefits:** Above statutory requirements: 30-day year-end bonus, 13% savings fund, 35% vacation bonus, life insurance, indefinite-term contract. * **Work location: Must reside near PARQUE PINAR EMPRESARIAL.
