




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to ensure continuous operation, service quality, and on-site technical support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and strategies for IT team management At Nuxiba LATAM, we are looking for a **Technical Support Coordinator** with experience in applications, especially in SQL and systems administration. **Objective:** Ensure continuous operation, service quality, and on-site technical support decision-making (Inplant), guaranteeing compliance with SLAs with the client, proper incident management, and coordination of the support engineering team. **Profile:** * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (completed). * **1–2 years’ experience coordinating technical support teams and customer service operations in Contact Center environments** * Experience in administration and configuration of servers running Windows Server or Linux operating systems * Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V). * Advanced expertise in database management (SQL, MySQL). * Knowledge and experience in networking (NAT, POLICIES, PORTS) and VoIP telephony. * Assertive communication skills and strong analytical ability. * Excellent leadership and effective strategies for managing an IT team. **Responsibilities:** * Implement preventive and corrective actions to improve service continuity * Monitor team SLA and KPI compliance, identifying negative trends and executing preventive or corrective actions * Coordinate and supervise the Inplant team’s daily operational activities, ensuring SLA compliance, service quality, and achievement of established objectives. * Serve as the primary operational point of contact with the client, directly channeling strategic needs to the Project Manager * Coordinate and ensure proper execution of on-site visits and operational activities agreed upon with the client * **Availability to travel within León to various branches (Hilario Medina, San Bosco) as required.** * Manage and track critical incidents with Development, SE, and Product teams * Ensure timely follow-up on the team’s Training Plan, supporting continuous development of technical competencies. **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM * Hybrid work arrangement (must reside in León) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Primary work location: Hilario Medina, León If you are interested and believe you meet all requirements, please send us your CV through this channel.
