Creativity applied to engineering and problem solving **Technical Applications and Solutions Engineer.** **Job Objective:** Develop technical solutions for vehicle bodies with a focus on efficiency, feasibility, and standardization. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze requirements and translate operational needs into clear technical specifications. * Identify constraints related to power, space, regulations, and operations. * Design customized technical solutions for special applications. * Prepare technical and conceptual proposals evaluating technical, operational, and economic feasibility. * Estimate implementation costs, risks, and timelines. * Validate compatibility among mechanical, electrical, and thermal systems. * Coordinate prototype manufacturing and monitor implementation at the plant. * Validate field performance and perform design adjustments based on real-world results. * Document solutions to ensure replicability. * Convert successful developments into standard products or configurations. * Propose improvements in design, materials, and processes. * Provide technical support to the commercial area for complex projects. * Manage technical relationships with strategic suppliers. **Technical Requirements** * Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. * Experience in mechanical design (CAD) using **SolidWorks**. * Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as **ZWCAD** and/or **Autodesk CFD**. * Knowledge of HVAC/R refrigeration systems. * Experience in field performance testing. * Prototype development or applied engineering experience. * Knowledge of machining processes. * Ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings. * Application of continuous improvement methodologies. **Key Competencies** * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * High attention to detail. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. * Practical approach to solving real-world problems. * Creativity applied to engineering. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience: $28,000\.00 to $32,000\.00 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Weekly payroll payment. * 10% food vouchers. * Opportunity for professional development. * Participation in high-impact technical projects. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. * Life insurance. * Subsidized cafeteria.
